I may not look like your “typical” trainer and to be honest I like it that way. Ironically, I have worked in the fitness industry my whole life… in the background. I was the cheerleader to all, the behind the scenes one keeping it all together and the overall wallflower. I’ve been told far too many times that I don’t have the typical body type to be a trainer, and nobody would take me seriously. Unfortunately, I listened to it, until now.
So why now? Well besides the fact that I just genuinely enjoy helping people, I want to prove those wrong who never believed in me. I want to show people that just because I don’t look like the typical trainer… I am strong and I am worthy. I have a unique perspective and a special skill set by just observing all these years.
I have been through the ringer with my nutrition too. A lifelong struggle with food literally trying to take me out. Food intolerances and borderline allergies have stunted my progress with my fitness goals. I finally got that under control and I’m ready to help you succeed!
Hi, I’m dani…Danielle…d or any of the many nicknames i go by 😊
The meaning behind Willow Root Health…
Willow trees are incredibly strong and live long healthy lives. They’re beautiful yet tough and can grow deep roots from a single seedling. Willow trees are seen as survivors and is often a symbol of rebirth. In ancient China, they are believed to ward off evil. As for the root part, to me it symbolizes being rooted to nature. I love nature and when I get overwhelmed, I ground myself by feeling the earth on my feet. Plus, I have always loved Willow trees (thanks My Girl) Most of all I truly believe that a majority of our health issues can be cured or improved by proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
